Advertising policy.
Updated September 10, 2026. Every campaign receives manual review before it can run. These rules apply to the artwork, advertiser, claims, and destination throughout the campaign.
1. Identify what you are advertising
Use the real name of your business or product. Your artwork and landing page must describe the same offer. You must have permission to advertise the brand and use its images, logo, and other material. If you act for a client, you must be authorized to submit the campaign on their behalf.
2. Make claims you can support
Describe the offer accurately and make any conditions easy to find on the destination page. We may ask for evidence supporting a claim or your authority to represent the advertiser. Do not imply guaranteed earnings, guaranteed results, or an endorsement that does not exist. Claims about money, health, or employment must not mislead people about likely outcomes or risks.
3. Content we reject
We reject unlawful, harmful, or deceptive advertising. This includes the following content and destinations.
- Adult sexual content or services, gambling, and real-money gaming.
- Political campaigning or persuasion, including candidate, ballot, and issue advocacy ads.
- Weapons, malware, phishing, or tools promoted for unauthorized surveillance or abuse.
- Hate, discriminatory targeting, harassment, threats, and graphic violence.
- Scams, impersonation, fabricated offers, and misleading financial, health, employment, or income claims.
- Fake security warnings, imitation macOS controls, or other designs that make an ad look like a system message.
4. Keep the destination safe
Use an HTTPS page that you control or are authorized to promote. It must load successfully and explain the advertised offer. Do not trigger a download without the visitor choosing it, conceal the actual destination, or send reviewers to a different offer than other visitors. A previously approved link can be reviewed again if its content or behavior changes.
5. Design for the actual placement
Use legible text, sufficient contrast, and a clear visual hierarchy at the selected ad size. Check both square and banner artwork when using both formats. Each needs the correct aspect ratio. Transparent artwork is flattened onto the selected background. Ads must be self-contained and must not include HTML, JavaScript, or embedded trackers.
- Supported square placements are 180 × 180, 260 × 260, and 340 × 340 points. The banner is 640 × 80 points.
- Template company names allow up to 26 characters and taglines up to 34 characters.
- Logos are limited to 10 MB. Static media is limited to 20 MB and accepts PNG, JPEG, or WebP.
- Motion files are limited to 100 MB and 30 seconds. Accepted motion is converted to silent looping H.264 MP4.
- Motion campaigns need a separately approved static alternative for people using Reduce Motion.
6. Review, edits, and delivery
Submitting an ad is free and does not start delivery. A campaign must be approved, funded, scheduled, and explicitly enabled. Creative or destination edits create a new revision for review. The previous approved revision may continue running during that review. Budget and bid edits do not require creative review. Approval does not guarantee inventory or results, and it does not endorse the product.
7. Rejection, suspension, and funds
We may reject an ad or stop an approved campaign if its claims, destination, ownership, or safety no longer meet these rules. Advertisers can also pause campaigns. Remaining campaign funds do not disappear simply because delivery stops. Refund requests for unspent, unreserved funds receive review and return to the original payment method when approved. Funds subject to a transaction dispute or adjustment may need reconciliation first.
8. Raise a concern or request another review
Email zerowaves.io@gmail.com to report an ad or ask about a review decision. Include the campaign identifier or advertiser name, destination link, and a short explanation. For a rejected ad, explain the correction or provide supporting evidence. Do not send passwords, bank details, or identity documents.
