Earnings and payouts.

Updated September 16, 2026. How earnings become available, what a withdrawal requires, and where the money goes. Live payouts are not enabled, and simulated balances cannot be withdrawn.

1. What earns money

Only a validated impression with 60 continuous eligible seconds earns money. Interrupted, offline, loading, or unsupported sessions do not count. Base earnings are 60% of the actual impression charge. Available ads, bids, placement, and eligible use affect the amount. SideSpot does not guarantee income, ad availability, or payout timing.

2. Referrals and bonuses

Eligible bonuses are funded by SideSpot and calculated from base earnings. They are added separately and do not compound.

  • An eligible referrer receives 5% of the referred user’s base earnings.
  • Eligible newcomers receive a 5% boost for their first 30 earning days, counted as distinct UTC days with a validated impression. This bonus does not require a referral.
  • The launch boost is 5% of base earnings during the first 30 days after the configured public launch time.
  • The last valid referral within 14 days before registration is used. Self-referrals and referral cycles are not allowed.

3. Pending, available, and reserved

Validated earnings stay pending for 120 hours, or five days, before becoming available unless held for review. Only available funds can be requested. A withdrawal reserves its amount so the same money cannot be requested again. For example, with $12 available, requesting $10 leaves $2 available and $10 reserved while the request is processed.

4. Set up an eligible destination

You must be at least 18 and complete the checks required for the selected payout provider, country, and account. These may include identity and tax information. Use the provider’s setup flow for sensitive details. A connected account is not a guarantee that withdrawals are enabled. Settings and the withdrawal flow show the configured options. SideSpot does not currently publish a confirmed live-country list.

5. Bank payouts and Whop balances

SideSpot is integrating Stripe for bank payouts. The Whop integration is on hold and is not available for live payouts. Both integrations require completed testing and approval before live use. The planned destinations work differently.

  • A bank payout sends the approved amount to the confirmed bank destination through the configured provider.
  • A Whop transfer adds funds to a connected Whop balance. A later withdrawal from Whop is a separate step governed by Whop’s available methods, eligibility, timing, and fees.
  • SideSpot does not offer direct crypto, wire, or instant payout options. A method offered within Whop is not a SideSpot payout method.
  • Choose only an option offered in your withdrawal flow. Provider-wide country claims do not establish availability for a SideSpot account.

6. Request a withdrawal

Requests start at $10 from the available balance. You can request a partial amount or the maximum available in whole cents. Review the provider, destination, currency conversion, fees, and received amount before confirming. Each request receives review and provider processing. An estimate, when available, is not a promise of instant delivery.

7. Fees and currency conversion

SideSpot covers standard bank payout fees. Currency conversion or destination-specific conditions can affect what reaches the destination and must be disclosed before confirmation. Whop transfer costs and fee coverage still require verification before enablement. Do not assume a transfer to a Whop balance includes any later Whop withdrawal fee. Review the terms shown for that separate withdrawal within Whop.

8. Holds and disputed earnings

A review may hold earnings or a withdrawal while invalid activity or a transaction issue is investigated. Corrections are recorded as audited balance adjustments. Ordinary advertiser chargebacks do not erase legitimate cleared earnings. If you disagree with a balance or hold, email zerowaves.io@gmail.com for a review and include the relevant date and transaction identifier.

9. Failed, uncertain, and returned transfers

A rejected request or a confirmed final failure releases reserved funds when it is safe to do so. An uncertain provider response stays reserved until checked. A provider’s failed status alone may not be final. In the Whop integration, it can later become successful, so it does not automatically release funds. SideSpot does not blindly resend uncertain transfers. A bank return after a completed payout is recorded separately and credits the actual returned amount.

10. Taxes, closing an account, and help

Applicable identity, tax reporting, and withholding rules may apply. SideSpot does not provide tax advice. Requesting account deletion revokes Mac credentials and starts review. Pending transactions and required accounting records still need to be reconciled. Email zerowaves.io@gmail.com for payout questions. Include a transaction identifier and a description of the problem, but never send full bank details or identity documents in a support request.
