Find the details you need for your account, your Mac, or your campaign.
Account and Mac connection
Use Settings in your dashboard to review the connected Mac. Unlinking revokes that Mac’s credentials and unfinished earning sessions. Password resets also revoke connected Mac credentials.
Earnings and payouts
Check your pending and available balance in Overview. Pending earnings clear after 120 hours unless held for review. Payouts start at $10 available and require a confirmed bank destination and review.
Campaign questions
Campaigns must be approved, funded, scheduled, and explicitly enabled to run. Review the ad policy before submitting. A previous approved creative can keep running while a revision is reviewed.
